Recipe time: Punkin Seeds


Does everyone already know how to make these??  If not, it's really easy.  My mom has made them every year for my whole life, and now I make them every year too!  They're sooooo addicting so be careful!  There are a million different seasonings you can use to flavor them, I usually just use salt because I'm boring like that but you can try dumping a bunch of cinnamon sugar on them, or even make garlic parmesan seeds (add garlic butter and toss seeds in grated parm)!  These are a fall staple in my home, hope you love them as much as I do!

What You Need:
Pumpkin seeds
Baking sheet
Salt
Whatever seasonings you want to use, be generous with them! (Ideas: BBQ seasoning, Italian seasoning, Greek seasoning, wasabi or ginger, cayenne pepper, the possibilities are endless!)

What you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Clean pumpkin seeds (get rid of all the yucky stuff and then rinse them in water, don't worry about getting them crazy super clean)
Pat most of the moisture out of the seeds (but not all) and spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer
Add half of your seasoning to the top of the seeds
Bake 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes, take seeds out, mix them up, put on the rest of the seasoning.
Continue to bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until seeds are deep golden brown and crunchy.  If you don't bake them long enough they are going to be chewy and hard to eat (which they already are anyway, but undercooking makes it worse!)
