Deelish Barbecue Ribs

If you are barbecuing for the 4th, or just want a new way to cook up all those ribs you bought on sale this week, I have a recipe for you!  I have made ribs using this recipe twice now, and both times they came out AMAZING! So darn delicious.
Here we go:

What you need:
1 Rack baby back/pork loin back ribs
Rib rub
1 bottle bbq sauce (or home made bbq sauce if you like to get down and dirty)
Tin foil
1/4 cup paprika
1.5 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs pepper
1 tbs salt
1 tsp cayenne (or more if you like it spicy!)
1 tsp dry mustard
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
(mix it all together in a bowl)

How to do it:
1. Remove skin from the back of the ribs (this part is NO FUN, but if you don't do it they turn out leathery and yucky... make your boyfriend do it like I do).
2. Rub the ribs down with your rib rub.  Don't just sprinkle it on, get your hands messy!  Actually RUB it in, that's why it's called RUB.
3. Wrap the ribs tightly in tin foil, and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but 8 to 10 is best.
4. Pre heat the oven to 275 degrees, pull the ribs out of the fridge while the oven pre-heats
5. Leave the ribs in the foil, and place in a larger pan to catch anything that might lead out
6. Put ribs in the oven, cook for 2 hours
7. Take the ribs out of the oven, take off the foil and dump your bbq sauce all over.  Make sure and cover everything with sauce!
8. Put the ribs back in the oven for 15-25 more minutes, or until the sauce has had time to soak in and crisp up the outside of the ribs a little bit
9. Enjoy!
